01 / BABYULT V1.0
Introduction
BABYULT is an independent community meme project on Cronos. The launch transaction on 18 October 2026, block 100765370, calls WolfLaunchFactory. Token and pool reads corroborate VVS V3 infrastructure under the WolfSTREET V3 launch platform.
Baby Ulti began with a recognizable character and an invitation to create together. The direction proposed here is to explore practical tools, meaningful participation and an ecosystem developed according to actual resources. Start small. Build consistently. Grow together.

BabyUlt Access
PROPOSED · NOT LIVE
BabyUlt Access is a concept for optional holder features through wallet-balance verification. The potential flow is Connect → Verify → Access. It describes a future application; this website does not connect wallets or request signatures.
- Wallet monitoring for selected Cronos activity
- Custom alerts for supported on-chain events
- Community communication tools
- Selected templates and creator resources
- Early testing of selected features
The concept would not require transferring BABYULT to the project. Thresholds, verification method, security design and conditions must be published before activation. Features, access rights and release dates are not guaranteed.

Creator fees & treasury
The project reports a creator-fee setting associated with Wolfstreet / WolfSwap V3. Dated reads at block 103304635 show a 1% pool fee, with 70% of LP fees assigned to the creator and 30% to the protocol; this position assigns no creator-side fees to stakers. The documented fee wallet is 0x50196b98f4bc6b74c30ec4775eda45c69360f18f. These are pool fees, excluding other routing and network costs. The approved budget below applies only to net creator-fee income actually received and available to the project.
The project owner approved this discretionary policy on 1 November 2026: 50% development, 20% marketing, 15% community and 15% operational reserve. It applies only to net creator-fee income actually received and available. It supersedes the earlier 40/25/20/15 proposal; it is not an automatic or on-chain distribution of tokens.

50% — Development & infrastructure

20% — Marketing & partnerships

15% — Community initiatives
Creative and educational activities, community participation and engagement initiatives.
15% — Operational reserve
Unexpected expenses, continuity of infrastructure and future operational needs.
- Revenue is variable and not guaranteed; spending depends on funds actually received.
- The percentages are discretionary, are not enforced by a smart contract and confer no financial entitlement on holders.
- Insufficient income may delay or reduce activities. Dated reports are intended to separate receipts, allocations and actual spending.
- Six successful collection receipts and their actual transfers document 705.560653594632966332 WCRO and 7,496,296.313863480249488983 BABYULT to the fee wallet. The owner also designates it as the official operational treasury. This is not evidence of expenditure or retroactive allocation under the 1 November budget.

Treasury designation confirmed by the project owner on 1 November. The contract identifies the same creator and fee recipient; this does not independently identify the person controlling it. The 50/20/15/15 budget is discretionary. Historical receipts do not prove spending or retroactive budget allocation.

Supply & distribution
Supply and ownership distribution depend on the existing contract and on-chain activity. The reported Wolfstreet figure is not proof of circulating supply, fixed supply or equitable distribution.
A separate Cronos Explorer snapshot consulted on 20 October 2026 showed 999,945,542.320461209465248749 BABYULT, 18 decimals and creation block 100765370. That historical observation differs from the later reported Wolfstreet supply. A fresh contract read confirms the exact Explorer amount. The terminal’s rounded 999.95M display is compatible with it; the earlier transcribed 999,950,000 is not an exact supply reading. The initial 1 billion less the current supply exactly equals the 54,457.679538790534751251 BABYULT anti-snipe burn counter; the anti-snipe tax is now zero.
The reported Top 10 Holding value of 3.27% has an unverified calculation method. It must not be interpreted as proof of decentralization.
- Circulating-supply methodology
- Independent security audit
- Full holder distribution and attribution of project-controlled wallets
- Spending and trading execution

Liquidity
The supplied text attributes $100.59 of bonding-curve liquidity to Wolfstreet on 1 November 2026. This is a reported platform-specific value, not a verified total of liquidity across venues.
Dexscreener labelled BABYULT/WCRO as VVS Finance during the 20 October check. On 1 November its pair API returned no pair, while the WolfSwap interface displayed WolfSTREET V3 for the same pair address. The token and pool return the VVS V3 factory, corroborating the DEX beneath the WolfSTREET launch platform. Neither the absent API result nor the visible terminal proves executable liquidity or selling availability.
For this V3 token, the factory records position 52537, whose NFT owner is WolfLaunchLocker. The published locker source exposes fee collection but no capital-withdrawal function. This is a targeted source review and custody read, not a complete independent audit. Official V3 rules describe a DEX pool from launch, not the older V2 bonding curve. Thin liquidity can mean large price impact, slippage, volatility and difficulty selling. Neither liquidity nor a future market is guaranteed.

Buyback & burn
There is no commitment to an automatic or recurring buyback-and-burn program. The proposed priority is development, infrastructure and community. Any future proposal would be assessed and disclosed separately. Burning tokens does not guarantee price appreciation.

Community participation
People may suggest improvements, create original content, give feedback and, if future tests become available, try new features. Non-binding polls may help prioritize work. Holding BABYULT does not currently grant equity, profit-sharing rights or binding governance authority.

Transparency
- Dated updates should distinguish completed work from active or proposed initiatives.
- Intended treasury reports should identify the period, amounts actually received, allocations, expenditures and supporting transaction references.
- Contract claims should link to relevant on-chain evidence, with the source and observation date.
- Changes to the roadmap or policy should be recorded in version history. No fixed reporting schedule has been announced.

Version history & vision
V1.0 · 1 November 2026 · Published. Introduces the proposed BabyUlt Access concept and the owner-approved discretionary 50/20/15/15 policy for net creator-fee income actually received. Supersedes the earlier 40/25/20/15 proposal, retained in the historical archive.
BABYULT started as a meme. The proposed next step is consistent development, practical experimentation and a community that helps shape what comes next. There is still a lot to build.
Contract reads, treasury designation and six fee receipts documented on 1 November 2026. The approved budget is unchanged.
References and verification status
Dated contract reads at block 103304635 corroborate the exact supply, VVS V3 pool, locker custody and creator-fee parameters. Six successful receipts and actual transfers are linked in the public ledger. Earlier owner-reported Wolfstreet figures remain historical and qualified. The treasury designation is owner-confirmed; spending is not documented. WolfSwap terms exclude EU/EEA users. No independent contract audit or legal clearance is claimed.
